What is a Transaction Coordinator?

A Transaction Coordinator (TC) manages most of the details involved in a real estate transaction with routine contact to client, lender, attorney and others involved in the transaction.

Will there be direct contact with clients?

Preferably yes, as this is the most efficient way to proceed. We keep you in the loop and cc'd on emails with important correspondence.

Will you help me if I've already started the listing or transaction ?

Absolutely! Just give us the details and we will take it from here.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Yes. If contract is terminated at any point and any work has begun, there is a $75 fee to cover any processing, compliance, communications, etc. Fee will be billed at time of termination.
