For FULL LISTING PREP, our listing management service includes the items listed below:
Coordinate photography and floor plan measurements.
Find (or request) septic permit.
Gather pre-listing information from sellers.
Request survey from seller.
Contact HOA for fee details.
Input listing data into MLS.
Add photos and video tour link to MLS listing.
Upload documents to transaction manager in MLS.
Setup showing instructions.
Review all documentation to ensure accuracy.
Notify seller that listing is active.
Perform compliance review (ensure all documents have signatures, initials, etc. by all parties) and submit file.
Complete MyREangel New Listing Form (refer to the Forms page).
Provide all signed listing documents.
Coordinate and schedule stager and/or other vendors.
Meet any vendors at the property.
Provide MLS description and agent-only remarks and approve listing for active status.
Place sign and lockbox at property.
Update MLS after the listing has been made active.
** Agent will receive an invoice once listing is either coming soon or active status (whichever comes first). Payment is due within 3 business days.
